Explore a mind-body approach to dealing with stress & overwhelm and cultivating inner resilience.
This embodied learning experience is designed to provide knowledge, tools, and support to anyone impacted by stress, COVID-19, community polarization, and systemic racism, so they can become active participants in their own self-care and resilience.
In this four-week online series, you will learn:
- Insights from neuroscience about the impact of stress and trauma on the brain, body, and our day-to-day experiences.
- How Yoga Tune Up® and myofascial release techniques promote physical and emotional wellbeing
- How to craft a self-care plan to promote your own resilience
- A toolbox of practical embodied exercises for your body, mind, and spirit to help you cope with difficult emotions, build resilience, and create a sense of ease in your body and mind
