Founded in 2016 by Samara Andrade and Emily Pantalone, Feet on the Ground supports individuals and communities affected by trauma in building resilience from within through the breath and movement of yoga.



We believe that yoga and mindfulness can be deeply healing practices for trauma-affected communities. We offer trauma-informed practices & mental health education to directly serve those exposed to trauma and run trainings to teach others our best practices of trauma-informed movement and mindfulness.
